friendly staff spaced tables

the breakfast was very good with well-cooked food. i saw plenty of tables available and they were well spaced. the staff were very friendly and polite!

the lift was out of service , and climbing to the top floor was less than convenient.

Convenient location with great amenities

I appreciated the supermarket close by. The bus stops near the hotel provided easy access to transportation. The pool was clean and provided dedicated kids' swim times. I found the gym and pool facilities to be very good, though the pool area did get crowded at times.

I found that the hotel lacked tissues in the bathroom and face cloths were not provided.

The hotel location is excellent with the bus station just two minutes away. It takes only fifteen minutes to get to the city center by bus (very convenient!).

Staff were friendly and always ready to help with requests. The reception addressed our requests with great efficiency. I found everyone to be pleasant.

unattentive staff limited options

the lack of attentiveness from staff really bothered me. They seemed disinterested in helping with basic requests. the room itself had some issues like a flickering light and a strange smell i could not identify. breakfast was a real letdown. The quality was not good and options were limited. these issues soured my experience.

My room was quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I found it convenient that there were bus stops close to the hotel (it made getting around easy).

The food options were somewhat limited for those with dietary restrictions. I noticed a lack of vegan options. I also found the bar staff not very friendly (maybe they were just tired). The absence of a phone in the room was also an inconvenience.
